Kid’s Knitting Classes in Uddingston

About Kid’s Knitting Classes in Uddingston

This is a block of kid's knitting lessons up to summer holidays. A great way to learn in a small group with peers. Classes must be pre-booked as spaces are limited.

Knitting is a brain boosting life skill and can help children in a number of ways:

* increase confidence & make friends (the knitting can provide a shield until the child feels comfortable to interact with the group)
* improve motor dexterity
* practise maths
* increase self esteem through creativity & completed projects
* nice, calming downtime activity for home

We use chunky wool & needles in fun colours and the kids will be making from day 1. Simple projects that they can use their imagination to individualise.

Cost is £6 per week which is inclusive of all materials or £43 for the full 8 week block. New starts also pay a one-off £5 for needles, knitting bag, folder to keep patterns in.
