Rush Workout is a new, hilarious sport event, organized by the team behind the one of the most popular fun run tours in Europe, the Color Obstacle Rush.
Rush Workout is a group exercise programme wrapped in amazingly fun elements divided between 3 different steps throughout the event.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Well, this suits for pretty much anyone (12 years or older). You'll definitely have an efficient workout and learn some new & fun elements that can be used as a part of your regular exercise routine at home. Most importantly, Rush Workout is far from being competitive or serious and therefore you do NOT need to be a die-hard fitness fanatic to enjoy the event to the fullest.
You can influence the intensity of your workout yourself, and the obstacles present a challenge to those looking for a sweatier exercise.
WHAT'S THE DURATION OF THE EVENT?
It takes approximately 60-70 minutes for each start wave to complete the first 2 steps of the event (Warm Up and the Obstacle Course). The 3rd step, Cool Down, can take anywhere from 10 minutes to couple of hours depending on how many 'lectures' and stretching session you want to take part in (all of which are included in your ticket).
You're also free to chill out in our inflatable relation station for as long as you like after your start group is finished.
