What can you expect?
Automatism is a technique to enter a trance-like state to explore creative forces of the subconscious mind. Allow the impulses of the unconscious mind to guide spontaneous, intuitive gesture to create line, colour, and structure without the interference of conscious choice.

This technique was used by the Surrealists, Abstract Expressionists, Action Painters and Poets (in automatic writing) and it is still used in contemporary art practices.
