We are so excited to present our yoga for new beginnings mini retreat:
January is the perfect time for new beginnings. If 2018 was your time to learn and grow, 2019 will be your year to shine and realise your full potential. If you ever feel like your past is holding you back from happiness, contentment and pursuing your heart’s desires then this workshop is for you.
We will empower you to let go of anything in life that holds you back and guide you through yoga postures to release the negative emotions of the past, open your heart, believe in yourself and manifest what you desire for your year ahead.
If you’ve been stuck in the past and waiting for a sign that your life is going to shift in a positive direction, this is it! Make 2019 your year, the power to do that starts with and lies within you. We can’t wait to use this wonderful practice to explore your dreams for 2019 with you.
Timeline for Mini-retreat:
2pm Welcome - Settle in with an aromatic Herbal tea. Jacqueline & Karen will help you to relax and will present you with your very own new beginnings pack (includes a handout, handmade Lavender eye pillow and other specially selected you time treats)
2.30pm Jaxx will guide you through Pranayama (breathing technique) Then Karen will lead you through an invigorating Vinyasa Yoga flow designed to release tension, negative emotions stored in the body and anything that no longer serves you. This flow is all about empowering you to let go of the past, emotionally and physically.
We will finish this flow with a powerful guided meditation that will free you from past negative emotions that may have been holding you back in life.
3.30pm Break- Tea/ Coffee/ Fruit, Homemade Granola bars & Energy Balls
3.50 pm Talk by Karen on intention setting and manifestation to realise your dreams. Karen will explain what it means to manifest your heart’s desires.
4pm-5pm Pranayama with Jaxx followed by a relaxing, healing restorative Yoga Flow. Savasana will include relaxing adjustments with aromatherapy oils and relaxation mist. Karen will lead you through a guided meditation on intention setting to manifest your dreams.
Light Dinner with a choice of delicious homemade veggie bean stew or veggie lasagne followed by tea/coffee. Both Jaxx and Karen will be available to answer any questions over lunch that you have about what you have learnt from this relaxing yet empowering mini retreat.
