The growing popularity of yoga amongst male celebrities and top-level sports teams shows yoga is fast becoming the go-to method to bring balance to a man’s life and quite rightly so.
This practice works with core strength, hip opening and shoulder mobility where you can expect an all over body workout with as much focus on the mind as the body. Relaxation, guided by Stephen, ensures the body and mind are revitalised, a key feature of every Yogic practice.
Join Stephen for this all levels, all ages class. It’s a great introduction to those new to yoga or looking to complement a dynamic fitness programme in the company of other men in a non-judgmental environment. All equipment is supplied so grab some comfy gym clothes, and head on in to see what Yoga can do for you.
Stephen, teaching under the name ‘The Still Beneath’, is a 200hr RYT and graduate of the Seasonal Yoga TT program. His teaching style is about creating awareness of the range of movement available to his students within a safe, relaxing and inclusive environment.
