what the symptoms of an overactive or underactive chakra are
hand mudras for each chakra
affirmations for each chakra
a guided meditation for each chakra
Through these simple techniques you will be allowing energy to flow and blocks to be released. A chakra balancing meditation is a gentle, safe and subtle way of bringing awareness and focus of consciousness to each Chakra, thus producing a balancing and energizing effect on any stagnation or emotional blockages.
The end result will be an overall feeling of healing, calmness and vitality.
Please bring with you:
a cushion, blanket, thick socks or anything else to make you comfortable
A notepad and pen
