Local History Talk

About Local History Talk

This is a really interesting talk by Tommy Lawton on the Forth and Clyde canals. From their history to their present uses and charms.

This is local history at its best.

You will also have the opportunity to meet other U3A members.
There is free tea/coffee and biscuits at the end of the talk which is open to all retired and semi-retired people in Lanarkshire.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Local History Talk are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
