Wild Things invite you to join them for their second Festival of Forest Play held at Carmichael Woodlands on Wednesday 24th July!

About Festival of Forest Play for ages 0-99!

This year we are spending an afternoon immersed in nature and celebrating play for all ages 0-99!

We’ll have a wide range of activities for families to enjoy including;

• Nature face painting
• Story tent and campfire songs
• Blindfold trail
• Nature Animal Identification Hunt
• Fire Skills
• Kids Nature Yoga Area
• Campfire Cooking
• Games and lots more!!

The event will take place as a drop in from 1-4pm so you can join the celebrations at any time that suites you.

The Carmichael Café and shop will also be open for drinks and refreshments should you want to come earlier and take a spot of lunch at the beautiful location.

Tickets are available as individual tickets or as Family Ticket. We also have concessions tickets available for families with a combined income of less than £20,000 per annum. Tickets are available on the website

Events may be cancelled in severe weather conditions but full refunds will be given. Please ensure that sensible foot wear and waterproof clothing are worn and be prepared for all weathers!
