Balance and Bliss

About Balance and Bliss

Join us for a truly indulgent day after the dark months of January. We will heat ourselves up with some tea and raw cacao bliss balls. Cacao is a great source of four scientifically proven bliss chemicals – serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylethylamine. These neurotransmitters are associated with cosy feelings of wellbeing, happiness.

We will head to our yoga mats to do some gentle yoga to awaken the body and oxygenate our cells ready for a fantastic day. We will then be keeping the flow of energy up by doing some Tai Chi.

We will then be indulging in a beautiful afternoon tea of canopes, sandwiches, cakes and plenty tea and coffee.

The afternoon session will start with some deep meditations followed by some breath work and yoga then a drumming circle to connect with your own spirit at a deeper level.

The event will end with us all cosy being immersed in beautiful crystal sound bath, tuned to a healing frequency.

The cost is £44. You can pay using the link above. if you prefer to secure your space with a small deposit if £15 with balance due 3 weeks before event, please contact Source Events.
