Fitsteps is the all new dance exercise programme created by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Natalie Lowe & Ian Waite alongside Olympic swimmer Mark Foster.
Fitsteps combines the best of ballroom & latin dance with proven exercise techniques for an excellent class which is Strictly fun!!
No partner or dance experience required.
If you want to get fit but hate the gym, love to dance or just love Strictly and have always thought I wish I could do that, we are the class for you.
Classes led by experienced & qualified dance teacher and exercise to music instructor - Natalie Fallon (MBATD).
Classes held every Wednesday in St Joseph's Church Hall, Blantyre 6.45pm.
Classes held every Thursday in Whitehill Neighbourhood Centre, Hamilton 8.15pm.
