Write your letter to Santa, meet the owls who will deliver your wish list to the North Pole and even grab a chat with the main man himself.
Child ticket price includes the letter writing activity, a photo souvenir with the owls and a gift from Santa.
Please ensure you book the appropriate age ticket so that the elves can prepare the right amount of gifts!
Children must be accompanied by an adult, and all acompanying adults must purchase a ticket.
Adult ticket includes entry, mince pie and a hot drink (tea/coffee or mulled wine).
Please arrive within your allocated time slot, and no earlier than 5 minutes before
Activities will last between 60-90 minutes from your arrival.
Refunds will only be given in the case of event cancellation.
Any amendments to booking after purchase will incur an admin fee.
