Barbara Rafferty of Rab C Nesbitt, Hamish Macbeth and River City fame, one of Scotland's best-loved character actors, reads and performs memories from her childhood in 1950s Glasgow. She conjures up stories and characters from her early life, growing up in Dalmuir in the shadow of John Brown's shipyard, where her father worked. She talks about her parents and the many humourous characters in her rich and eventful early life.
Punctuated with the sounds and music of the times, this promises to be an evening of reminiscing and laughter in an hour-long piece of engaging and nostalgic theatre.
