Exploring the Natural World Workshop
Join Resident Artist Kathryn Hanna a free art workshop at Strathclyde Country Park.
Together we will explore relationship to the natural world through:
Sharing experiences and stories of nature
Learning the to create your own willow wreath.
Decorating your wreath with found and natural materials
All materials will be provided but participants are welcome to bring found materials from their own nature walks or bring photos/cuttings/other personal or found items they would like to include in their wreath/
Event Information:
This is family friendly event where all ages are welcome, all children must be accompanied by a parent or carer
This is an outdoor workshop, please come appropriately dressed for the weather.
*Please note, photographs will be taken during these workshops for North Lanarkshire Councils social media channels, please let the artists know on the day if you would prefer not to be included in documentation.
This workshop is supported by North Lanarkshire Council and aims to encourage more people to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of being outdoors.
