Yoga and Nutrition for Menopause. Want to take control in managing your Perimenopause or menopause symptoms?

This June, come join Mari Ward, Registered Dietitian and qualified Menopause Yoga Teacher for the following events:

SAT 8TH JUNE - Menopause Nutrition & Yoga Workshop. 1-4pm £36

FRI 21ST JUNE - Menopause Yoga Evening Mini Retreat. For Anxiety, Overwhelm & Insomnia. 7-9pm £26

Based at the lovely Flex & Flow Studio in Hairmyres, the venue is easily accessible for all of those in South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and in Glasgow Southside too.

Suitable for both complete beginners & experienced yogis alike.

Limited spaces of 8-10 per event.
