Skirlie is a Scottish dish with a mixture of Oats and Onions fried in Butter which is normally added to a main course. As they themselves say, 'This is how we approach our music. Fundamentally Scottish with other things thrown in: Scots Traditional, Celtic, Transatlantic and Roots. Tasty in more ways than one! They do a mix of traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish songs plus a few American ones.
