Throughout our afternoon together you will experience the gift of the present moment as you soothe stress in the body through self-massage techniques; calm and centre the mind with focused meditation using chocolate to engage our full attention; enjoy soothing aromatherapy oils chosen to indulge the senses and to enhance your overall wellbeing, all while relaxing music plays in the background.
