All staff and committee members are welcome to attend Share's Workplace Wellbeing Conference, particularly those who are the ‘wellbeing leads’ within their organisation along with senior managers and CEO’s and director’s.
Delegates who attend the conference will learn about different aspects of wellbeing that impact on their workplace culture, such as preventing burnout, creating inclusive spaces, and developing line management skills from a wellbeing perspective.
Additionally, the event will provide a platform for networking and sharing best practices with other organisations. Keynote speakers will share their expertise and insights on how to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.
Overall, this event aims to inspire and empower attendees to make positive changes in their workplace that will ultimately benefit the health and wellbeing of their employees. We look forward to seeing you there!
