Tempo Community CIC invites you all to join us in our new Launch of PUSH THE TEMPO YOUTH DANCE PROJECT, all youths of all ages are welcome and we encourage all parents to also join us.
This is a FREE event for all!!

Theme:
Empowering young people through Dance, Fitness, and Wellbeing while promoting Mental Health Awareness.
What to Expect:
> Youth Calisthenics Workshop – Build strength, endurance, and body control with expert-led exercises.
> Hip-Hop & Street Dance Workshop – Learn dynamic moves and express yourself through dance.
> Dance Jam & Networking – A freestyle dance session where youth can connect, share skills, and celebrate creativity.
> Mental Health Awareness Q&A – Open conversation with young people about mental well-being, resilience, and self-care.
> Bubble Tea Experience – A fun social moment to enjoy delicious bubble tea while engaging in positive discussions.
