Everyone, of any ability, is welcome to join this class that will combine Yoga, Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi), Chair Yoga, meditation and pranayama, aka breathwork, sprinkled with fun and laughter. You'll leave refreshed and relaxed.
These classes will be seasonally themed and what better place to practice than in nature itself, as the classes overlook the beautiful Blantyre landscape in the grounds of the David Livingstone Centre.
Please wear something that you can move in freely and comfortably and bring along your yoga mat, a drink of water and a blanket if you want some extra warmth during the relaxation.
