We invite you to join us for a celebration of drinks, sampling, food, music, and Scottish culture. Here we will showcase an authentic and credible Scottish drink tasting experience in an unexpected and memorable way.
Over 280 people will flock to the Festival over the sessions to get a taste of this truly intimate experience. We will be joined by over 15 different vendors - each with varieties of whisky available to sample and wet your whistle. These include prominent Distilleries & Independent Bottlers such as:
Annandale , Artisan - Bruichladdich, Auchentoshan, Brave New Spirits, DamnGood Drams, Douglas Laing, Dram Mor, Dramfool, FIB Whisky, Finn Thomson, Lady of the Glen, Saltire Rare Malt Whisky, SMWS, Speyside Distillers, Uncharted Whisky.
At this year’s festival the experts will be on hand to let you sample the drinks and learn more about their speciality tipple. Scotland’s latest, greatest, and most exciting drinks brands will serve taster size signature samples, bottles will be available for purchase on the day from each vendor should you want to grab a bottle to take home with you.
The festival will also feature fresh culinary delights from JNKYRD, one of the local area’s best pop-up street food specialists. Good eating with familiar Scottish twists and beyond. There will also be an option for those with a sweet tooth or a passion for a palletizer. Bold new flavours and innovative combinations will enrich your afternoon’s drink sampling whilst tantalising your taste buds. The entertainment doesn't stop there as each tasting session will be accompanied by music to bring the event alive. All sampled drinks are included in the ticket price but if you want to pick up any extra bottles, glassware, or street food you will need to part with a few pennies.
Kieran Adie, the Festival Director said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome back our scotch-enriched festival experience. The first ever Stonehouse Whisky Festival last summer was special. On the day we welcomed whisky enthusiasts from as far afield as Ayrshire and Japan. This year’s event will certainly live up to our nation’s global reputation within the drinks industry. We will showcase an authentic and credible Scottish drink tasting experience in an unexpected, memorable way.”
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
