The group aims to reduce the stigma and discrimination that is associated with mental health today and to engage with the wider community. The group promotes mental health recovery through the community theatre and arts.
The members come along each week to a safe and comfortable environment where they are able to make friends, speak to people with the same experiences and also to get out the house for a while!
Each week the members build on their confidence by showcasing their talents whether that's through a song, comedy or drama and everyone is very supportive to one another!
Each week the members pay £2.00 which covers the running costs of the group as their is tea, coffee and a variety of biscuits for everyone.
We understand starting something new can be very daunting but we are a friendly bunch come in and see!
