Our fun, friendly jogging groups are perfect for people who want to get active for the first time, or more experienced runners who want to exercise in a sociable, supportive environment. Nobody is “too slow” to join and nobody gets left behind! We also offer walking sessions for those who want to get ready to jog.
We meet every Thursday at 7pm at St Nicholas Church Hall, Lanark.
Free registration and £1 pay as you go.
New members: All new members must go online and register with JogScotland before coming along to a session, you can do this easily here jogscotland.org.uk and complete the online form.
In addition, new members are required to register with parkrun, you can do that here https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ you will be able to download your parkrun barcode, please bring this along with you to each session.
