Our studio is located at the Whirlies in East Kilbride which has easy access from Blantyre, Hamilton, Rutherglen, Eaglesham and of course East Kilbride.

Our Studio requires NO BOOKING for your classes so whether you are a member or you would like to just simply drop in all are welcome. You will find that you may relax, stretch and strengthen both your body and mind, through many different classes to suit your personality. We are here to support you through your journey in this life in a friendly and uplifting environment.

We have an on site beauty therapist, and several other alternative therapists available - check my website. We hold regular open days and fairs, and have built a lovely community of like minded people, there's always someone different to bump into!
