Through judo, Tryst Judo aims to offer an opportunity regardless of ability for everyone to benefit from a fun social environment, a chance to improve fitness levels, deal with frustration and anger and to help teach self control and a chance to meet new friends.
We always try to encourage new members to come try Judo by offering the FIRST CLASS FREE. If you are interested or have any questions please contact the Club.
Classes run on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday:
Tuesday 18:15- 19:15 4-8 years old
Tuesday 19:15- 20:15 under 18's
Tuesday 20:15 - 21:30 senior (+14)
Friday 17:30 -18:15 4- 8 years old
Friday 18:15 - 19:30 8-13 Years old
Friday 19:30- 21:30 Senior (+14)
