Yoga Classes covering North Lanarkshire and surrounding areas:
Beginners classes are every Monday 6pm, Thursday 6.20pm and Friday 9.30am
Classes for all levels are every Monday 7.15pm and Thursday 7.30pm
All classes advertised are held within St Augustines Hall in Coatbridge opposite The Time Capsule.

* Private Sessions
If you would love to start yoga but just don't feel ready to join a class then a private Yoga session might be best for you.

These are Ideal for people who are looking to find their feet in the world of Yoga in a private, quiet space but also for those who require a specific and detailed practice with one on one instruction in order to develop and improve on health, technique, strength, mindfulness and stillness within your practice.

We will assess your individual goals, needs and abilities in order to design a Yoga practice specifically suited and tailored to benefit you.

* We also provide a wide and wonderful range of massage therapies.
These therapies are fantastic for relaxation and perfect for revitalising your energy while taking time for yourself. Our therapies are your perfect gift to you as well as being a great gift for others.

Some examples are Swedish Massage, Hot stone Massage, Deep tissue Massage and Thai Massage.

All of our private Yoga and massage therapies take place at our purpose built home studio (Bellshill) In a quiet and private cul-de-sac. Seeking to enhance your experience in a quiet, warm, welcoming surrounding.
